Progress Does Not Have to Be Perfect
Many people delay pursuing their goals because they are waiting for the perfect time, perfect plan or perfect circumstances.
Unfortunately, perfection can become another form of procrastination.
Progress often happens through imperfect action: writing the first page, attending the first class, sending the first email or making the first telephone call.
You can learn, adjust and improve as you move forward.
Instead of asking, “Can I do this perfectly?” ask yourself, “What small step can I take today?”
Small steps repeated consistently can eventually take you much further than waiting for the perfect moment.
